Rules

New to Rustron? Here's everything you need to know to get set up, plus the rules that keep The Grid running smoothly for everyone.

Getting Started

  1. Copy the server IP: 202.137.160.179:11100 and connect via the Rust console (F1 > client.connect).
  2. Join our Discord for wipe announcements, support, and to submit screenshots to the Gallery.
  3. Type /info in-game any time to reopen the server info window.
  4. Check out the Packages page for VIP, Elite, and Platinum tiers, and kits.

Server Info

  • Region: AU
  • Mode: 10x PvE — raiding and offline base destruction are disabled. A few monuments are marked as PvP zones if you want that risk.
  • Rates: 10x gather, 3x loot
  • Group limit: Max 5
  • Wipe schedule: Monthly, first Friday at 6:00pm AEST — map and blueprints reset, your Grid progression (Cybernetics/RP) carries over
  • Abandoned bases: If you're inactive for 3+ days, your base may convert into a raidable base

Features & Plugins

  • Raidable Bases & Defendable Base — PvE-safe raid events for loot
  • Armored Train & Convoy — roaming events with rewards
  • Personal Animals — tameable companions
  • Kits & Loadouts — use /kit for your kits, /loadout to build and save your own
  • Skill Tree — use /st to spend skill points as you level up
  • Jetpack — get around The Grid faster

Rules

  • No cheating, scripting, or exploiting bugs. This includes third-party software of any kind.
  • No exploiting server or plugin bugs — report them in Discord instead.
  • Respect staff and other players. Harassment, hate speech, and doxxing are not tolerated.
  • No inappropriate names, signs, or builds.
  • Advertising other servers or services is not allowed.
  • Follow our Discord rules as well — the same standards apply there.

Breaking the rules can result in a warning, kick, or ban depending on severity. Staff decisions are final, but you're always welcome to raise a concern in Discord.
